Age restrictions

 

DIY cream cases: Aged 8 and above

Rug tufting: Aged 16 and above

 

Payment

 

Booking is only made upon payment through our website or the following methods

PayNow, PayLah!, NETS, Alipay(1:5), WeChat Pay(1:5)

 

Time Extensions

 

Extensions for the duration of rug tufting are available at $15 per hour, subject to availability.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation

 

We do not accept cancellation of bookings upon successful payment.

No-shows are considered as slots used.

No refunds will be made upon payment confirmation.

Rescheduling can only be made ONCE, 48 hours before the original appointment time, to any date within 2 weeks, subject to availability. Please contact us through WhatsApp @ +6589259528 to reschedule.

 

Gift Card Policy

 

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
